Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, with original tags attached)
  • In the original packaging (including shoe boxes without damage)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals and slippers that have been worn or tried on without protective sole coverings. All other footwear categories (boat shoes, boots, clogs, heels, sneakers, and athletic shoes) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package your items – Securely pack the unworn merchandise in its original packaging, including the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Track your return – We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size or color changes):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the preferred size/color
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return

Exchanges typically take 7-10 business days to process after we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items
