- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

- Items must be in original condition (unworn, with original tags attached)
- Original packaging must be included (shoe boxes without damage)
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-2 business days
- Package your items – Securely pack the unworn merchandise with the RAN clearly visible on the package

Refund Process
- Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Process
For size or color exchanges:

Exchanges typically take 7-10 business days to process after we receive your return. We’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
